Participants are invited to submit original unpublished
papers on any topic within the scope of the Congress for oral or poster
presentation. Intending authors are required to submit a 250–word, one–page
abstract in MS Word format. The abstract should be written in English, using
12–point Times New Roman font, single spaced and justified paragraphs on
letter–sized bond paper with a margin of 2.5 cm on all sides.
Oral papers will be allotted 20 minutes for presentation
while posters will be displayed for at least a 1–day period.

The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by a
panel of evaluators. The respective corresponding authors of accepted papers
will be notified not later than 01 March
2013. The presenting author must be officially registered by 15 March 2013. Non–registration of
presenting author by the indicated deadline will mean non–inclusion of the
paper in the published Programme and Book of Abstracts.
